Safety Partnership
Since joining the Safety Links partnership in the spring of 2007, the City of St.Cloud has been very pleased with the responsiveness and wealth of knowledge that has been provided to help us with our safety program. We especially like the individualized training we are receiving. City of St. Cloud Utilities |
Thank you for the excellent defensive driving presentation you gave to our Superintendents February 1,2007. You struck a fine balance between the factual material and the mind boggling film of some actual crashes. You also presented some interesting stories and anecdotes which were very appropriate. I have attended some other presentations on this subject but yours was far and away the best. I'm certain all of our employees will be more aware of the importance of defensive driving. Keep up the good work. American Pools and Spas |
We want to thank Trevor Reschny and Safety Links Inc., for their professional and friendly approach in helping us to establish our safety program here at High & Low Electric Inc. We are truly being educated about safety matters in a much more in depth way than what we have typically known. The classes are very informative with a light and interactive approach that is enjoyable. We are being equipped to understand the root issues and attitudes concerning safety and not just following a list of rules. We have also appreciated the prompt response to the many questions we have had as we organize our safety program. We are proud to be on the path to becoming a safer work place by providing our employees an environment that promotes personal safety for the benefit of all. We also look forward to being recognized in our community as a company that has received its Certificate of Safety Recognition. High & Low Electric Inc. |
Safety Links and the Partnership for Incident Prevention Program are committed to providing the construction industry trades with valuable tools and resources to achieve success while managing their workplace safety programs. The opportunity to learn and share information with other safety professionals is a great asset and Safety Links’ “Safety Partners” seminars are extremely beneficial in keeping me up-to-date on issues that are crucial to the industry. Instead of doing tons of research, calling and canvassing, Safety Links is the one place where I can get current, reliable and accurate information by calling or visiting their website. Their courteous and helpful staff is always willing to provide assistance at a moments notice. Collis Roofing, Inc. |
First of all I would like to say thanks for all of your help. We could not have achieved all that we have if not for you. You will still get calls from me from time to time so don't think were finished with you. When I accepted the position as Safety Manager I thought it was going to be tough. Not having any background in the construction field. Being a PIP member made it easy for me. I attended Florida Safety Links safety training which has been a big asset to me and our company. Our on the job injuries have gone way down along the their severity. Getting our workers to work safely has greatly improved. Who would have ever thought that we could get every worker to wear a hard hat. We did it. Not just hard hats but a lot of other good safe work habits. It just takes time and training. I highly recommend that if you are in the construction field or own a business of any kind small or large that you become a PIP member. Florida Safety Links can help you with your safety program. Raney Construction |
We have had a number of individual take courses offered by Florida Safety Links, Inc. We have found these courses to comprehensive, educational, and informative. Beyond that, they have enabled us to develop a comprehensive safety program by supporting its development and providing trained employees educated about safety - all with a common perspective. This training has open are eyes about safety. We now think of safety as much more controllable by our actions and policies. One of our goals is to obtain our Certificate of Recognition and we believe we will achieve that goal in the very near future. It is our belief this emphasis on safety will result in a reduced level of injuries sustained by our employees. We will gain great satisfaction in this result and a reduction in the cost associated with these injuries. Compliance with the legal requirements of safety was not necessarily a goal because we were not fully aware of these requirements or the cost exposure of non compliance. We now have much more complete understanding of these requirements and responsibilities Weathermaster Building Products Inc |
The “Safety Partners” is excellent. It makes sure that Builders and subcontractors are on the same page with it comes to safety issues. The training is excellent. The training really drives home the safety issues with the employees that have attended. Employees and our subcontractors now realize that our safety program/policy structure is to keep them safe while performing their jobs. If you have any question no matter how small or dumb you may think it is, Trevor Reschny will answer it, usually while you are on the phone or in person with him. Occasionally, he may have to research the answer, but the turnaround time for the answer is usually 24-48 hours. I recommend this program to all business in the construction industry and all key personnel of these businesses. This program is well worth the money and time spent in training personnel. Mr. Foamy of Central Florida, LLC |
Although most people in the building industry feel “they already know everything about safety” and don’t need a program, nothing could be farther from the truth, as those of us who have achieved our Certificate of Recognition can attest. Since receiving our COR, our company has received a number of calls from new clients that plan to use our company to build their pools.. Our company Is a better company for organizing and developing this program. We have put in place all of the policies and procedures for our employees as well as requiring our 150 sub-contractors to adhere to the same high standards. Another facet of the program that is somewhat unique-involves Trevor and his unique training ability and experience. He provides numerous training programs not only for the safety program but also for required re-certification in the building industry. American Pools and Spas took advantage of this and most of our employees were certified in first-aid and CPR as well as numerous other courses. Trevor also serves as a consultant as time permits. Through the efforts of Trevor, we are provided with numerous resources from which we can draw new state-of—the-art equipment and supplies which can not only make our businesses safer but also more cost effective. Trevor also serves on the Home Builders Safety Council and provides vital information and leadership for this organization. Kudos to Trevor and his many successful programs. I would encourage, no insist, that those who have not successfully achieved your Certificate of Recognition do it immediately, you will be glad you did. American Pools and Spas |
I wanted to take a moment for all of your help and guidance in developing our upgraded Health & Safety Plan. In mid-2005, our company committed to making safety our top priority but we struggled trying to get on course. Your support gave us a clearer understanding of the processes and enabled to determine how to achieve our goal. This spring, we not only completed the project but we have also successfully obtained our Certificate of Recognition. Now that we have increased our awareness and implemented our new policy, our entire organization is actively involved and we have not had a single reportable incident in the past nine months. Thank you, Trevor. There is no way to know what your input may have saved us in accidents, injuries and dollars. We wish you continued success and we look forward to working with you in the years to come. Don King's Concrete, Inc. |

Safety Training
The training in Jacksonville went very well. I have heard nothing but positive feedback from those who attended. Receiving positive feedback from a group of roofers after safety training is no easy task. Gibbs & Register |
I attended the Safety Links course in Orlando, Florida. The course was excellent…. I left with a profound impact on my feelings towards safety and the callous attitude that so many people have regarding safety rules and regulations….[the class] brought tears to my eyes and placed a lump in my throat. Thank you for allowing me to attend. This one course has already changed my life… Builders First Source |
KB Home Orlando recently had members of our construction team participate in the OSHA 10 Hour Certification course taught by Trevor Reschny of Safety Links. Trevor is able to break down the complexities of safety regulations and present the practical side to creating a safe working environment. Through realistic and real world examples, Trevor was able to present the concepts of construction safety and keep the participants engaged throughout the entire course. I n this industry, it is critical that our employees know the safety regulations and this class provided an opportunity for our construction team to learn from a qualified instructor who provided important and practical information on how to implement them. Participating in this course was a very cost effective way to educate KB Home employees and increase our safety awareness. In addition to the training Trevor presented to KB Home, he has provided countless hours of training associated with the Metro Orlando PIP (Partnership for Incidence Prevention) Program. While this program is voluntary for the construction industry in the Orlando area, KB Home Orlando has taken steps to make participation mandatory for all of our construction trade partners. The services that Safety Links provide are second to none. Trevor's classes are designed to keep you interested and informed. I've not seen a better presentation that relates directly to Residential Construction. Clear, concise, efficient, effective, and most of all, logical solutions to many of the Safety challenges we face in our ever changing niche of residential construction. I'm thankful to have Trevor and his Team as a resource! David Weekley Homes |
After each class I asked the students what did you think. The Reply from all was “best instructor yet!” Smart City Telecom. |
I wanted to thank you for brining the school to us, it was a great convenience to have our classes here. It helped to increase the attendance and minimize the lost work time for the employees. You classes were well organized with good information. I felt our men gained a good basis for our safety program. Mike Collis, Collis Roofing |
Thank you for participating in the first annual FMASH conference. Your presentation gave a lot of insight into how to address safety programs at work. The key to maintaining a safe environment is in making safety the expectation and not the exception. Thank you again for sharing your time and expertise. Scott Blaser, CSP, Executive Director FMASH |

I loved the overall course location and facility in relation to the hotel. The instructor was very knowledgeable. March 2008 Student |
Was very impressed with the class. I fell like I have the materials I need to study in order to pass the test. Also, being shown how to use the calculator was the most helpful. I was very rusty on the use of the calculator. The instructor did a good job of keeping the flow of the class going. March 2008 Student |
The course was very informative and covered a broad array of subjects. It gave me a good baseline to begin my OHST study plan on. Oct 2007 Student |
If anyone thinks they are a safety professional they should take this course to bring their areas of weakenss to their attention. This course is far better then any of the OSHA courses or the COSS program. By far the best training available in Florida. I am looking forward to more! Oct 2007 Student |

Best safety consultants in Florida. |
Randy Free has always been a big help and always willing to answer our questions and accommodate us on our class times and dates. |
Safety Links is a valuable local resource. I would recommend Safety Links to any company seeking quality training for safety. We are fortunate to have you in the Orlando Area. |
Great service. Great prices. There is nothing out there that even comes close to your guys! Keep up the great work! |
I would like to take this time to say thanks to Safety Links for all the help you have given us. I can always count on you guys for help that I might need from time to time. Raney Construction Inc. has managed to stay in business even through tuff times like were are in now. I feel like our safety program alone has been a key to staying busy in this industry. As tuff as times are right now, we are BUSY! The president of Raney Construction and myself feel like our safety program is second to none. Thanks to all of the training and support you guys at Safety Links give us, we hope to remain a strong and competitive company in the construction industry. |
Great company, great service and great programs! |
Trevor and Randy are invaluable resources. I know if I have a question or need training, they will be able to help me. I have personally attended numerous classes and have put that knowledge to use at my company. Our employees have benefited from the variety of training offered. Safety has been incorporated into every aspect of our business with the help of Safety Links. |
In General, I Use everything you send me. We are very happy and satisfied with your program. Thank you so much. |
| You do a great job! There is no other source of information in the state that offers the quality, affordability and professional programs that you offer. Compared to Safety Links the other safety training agencies are poor, at best, with outdated information, insane pricing and lame instructors. Keep up the great work! As a safety professional I use and appreciate the quality of information provided by Safety Links and will continue to do so. My life is easier thanks to Safety Links. |
| Trevor has been very helpful, thanks! |
July 2007 |
Very nice job with our CPR 1st sid program. The employees involved were very impressed and also had fun. |

| The greatest safety company in the area by far! |
FLORIDA Safety Links Inc IS DOING A TERRIFIC JOB. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH ALL THE COURSES WE HAVE TAKEN AND WITH YOUR ADVISORY FUNCTION. kEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! |
I like having an expert on call if something should pop up and we don't have the answer to it. It's an easy call to find an answer. Thank! |
You guys are always there for me when I need you. Either by phone or email I always get an answer. Great prices, great service! A rare thing in FL. |
We enjoy working with Trevor. Always has the answer. |
Safety Links has helped our company with training and instructions therefore we are more safety conscious. We involve our crews because Safety Links has helped us become aware of some of the consequences of unsafe practices. |
You have been very responsive. Thank you. |

The Safety Partnership (formerly PIP Program) has made visible improvements in the industry. I wish the builders would push it more so the playing field could be leveled. |
There have been many changes for the better because of the Safety Partnership (formerly PIP Program). I've learned alot and so have my supervisors. I know safety is sometimes not appreciated but thanks for all of the hard work. |
Great program. We are very proud of our COR (Certificate of Safety Recognition). We expect to see our bottom line increase as a result of this accomplishment as builders choose only those companies that have achieved this designation. |
Great program, continuously improving, making the home building industry a safer place to work !! |
This program is showing us how to develop a safety program and helps me immensely when I have questions. I would not be capable of knowing how to implement a safety program without these guidelines, which is why we have not had a formal safety program up to now. |
I feel the Safety Partnership (formerly PIP Program) is a great tool to get a handle on Safety Issues. It is a pleasure for me and my company to be involved. |
I have sent some of my employees though classes and they had nothing but good comments. The training is very specific to our type of work. |
The PIP program has been a big asset to me and this company. I hope you stay in business and continue to help keep us safe. |
:) Thanks Trevor for all your great help!!! |
Being a small company I have not had the time needed to compete some of the courses I would like to but the program itself is great. Keep up the good work! |
Thanks Trevor!! We're lucky to have someone with your drive to a safer industry on our side!! |
Looking forward to developing our Safety Program through PIP. |
I have been in construction for many years. The only difference between commercial and residential is that commercial GC’s hold their contractors accountable for safety. This P.I.P. has all of the necessary aspects to really improve the industry (especially for the smaller contractors that do not have the internal safety recourses). The program is an excellent resource but more buy in from the builders is needed to really drive the issue of safety. The weakest link in this program is the builders. They have the power to fix the safety problem in the industry if they only required participation in this program as they originally promised. They haven’t lived up to their end of the bargain which has made this program lose some credibility. |
The courses are actually fun. They give us an opportunity to meet the other contractors. Overall the program has been pretty valuable for my company. |
Good program. Very helpful for our Orlando branch. Will it be expanding to Jacksonville and Tampa? |
I am very happy with the program because it helped me sell the idea of safety to the company owners. Without it we would not be doing anything different. |
The training courses are very well received from my employees. I shopped around and your training is by far the best value! |
